SHIPPING OPTIONS

 ALL packages will be shipped via USPS along with a tracking number.

When you choose our Standard Shipping Option, orders are processed and shipped on the Saturday after your order date. Shipment usually takes about 3-5 business days to be delivered.

When you choose our Expedited Shipping Option, orders are processed and shipped within a day or two after your order date. Shipment usually takes about 1-2 business days to be delivered.
If for any reason you may need your package sooner than the expected date of delivery, please contact us before placing your order via email, or direct message on Instagram. We’ll do our best to work around your desired date if you’re located in New York.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in the rare event that any garment in your order is defective, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund. This only applies after we've been contacted the same day of delivery and sent proof of the alleged defects found upon unpacking. 
HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Returned items must be received no later than 14-days of receipt.  
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
    1. Please make sure to repackage all garments with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition. Items must have its original hygiene liner, must be unworn, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume, undamaged and have all original tags attached.
    2. Please send an email addressed with the subject RETURN/EXCHANGE DEPT. to LILAHNYC.1@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for Exchange/Return. Be sure to send pictures of the defective merchandise.
    3. We strongly recommend returning your items via a trackable service as we are not responsible for any items that do not reach us or that are lost.
    4. You will receive the return address once refund is final.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
All returns will be processed within 5-7 working days of delivery to us. We will then issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with you via a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
 CAN I GET MY SHIPPING FEES BACK?
Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable. For optimal customer service we will deal with this on a case to case basis for overall satisfaction.
    WHAT ARE THE SIZE MEASUREMENTS?

ALL swimwear is standard US SML and fit true to size EXCEPT our Thong Bikini set, please size up for more coverage. 
CAN I GET A REFUND IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN?

We're here to help! If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office for further assistance. We can not be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers, but as a small business we'll do our very best to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. 

LILAH LLC, is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a carrier's matter. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not provide refunds. Please file a claim with your local post office by visiting their respective websites.
